All operational personnel are subjected to an extensive employment application process and fitness testing prior to being offered permanent employment with the company.

Operational security officer's are provided ongoing vocational training and attend annual fitness assessments. Company personnel are contractually obliged to maintain client confidentiality and attend to their duties in a co-operative manner with the utmost sensitivity.

SIA is a corporate member of the Australian Security Industry Association Ltd (ASIAL). Christopher Luhrmann is the current Chairperson of ASIAL (Qld) Branch.
